1. Who we are
The NKTA (نقطة) platform ("Platform") is operated by Navigating Knowledge To Ambition ([الاسم التجاري]), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. [CR number], with its registered business address at Office 3, Floor 1, 3261 Ibrahim Ibn Manha, As Sulaymaniyah Dist., Jeddah 22253-8319, Saudi Arabia ("NKTA", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or a university, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are opened by email verification. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date; each person may hold one account per role.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us at nkta@nktaksa.com straight away if you suspect someone else has access to it.
- Company and university accounts may add staff seats. The account owner is responsible for who they invite and for removing access when someone leaves.
3. Students
- Creating a profile, browsing listings and applying are free for students.
- NKTA connects students with employers; it is not an employer or recruitment agency and does not guarantee an interview, an offer or a placement.
- When you apply, the company you apply to sees your profile and CV and can message you on the Platform. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
4. Companies
- Listings must describe real, lawful positions and comply with the Saudi Labor Law and anti-discrimination rules. Salary, duration and requirements you publish must be accurate.
- Candidate data you receive may be used only to assess and hire for your own positions. You may not sell it, share it with third parties or contact candidates for unrelated purposes.
- For the recruitment records you create on the Platform (interview notes, decisions) you act as a data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Stars and payments
Some company actions on the Platform are paid for with Stars, an internal credit:
- The actions that cost Stars and their current prices are shown in the Platform before you confirm the action. Price changes apply only to actions taken after the change.
- Stars are purchased from NKTA by agreement and invoiced in Saudi riyals, with VAT charged where applicable. Stars have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be transferred to another account.
- If a paid action does not go through, the Stars are returned to your balance automatically. Unused purchased Stars can be refunded on request within the period set out in your purchase agreement; bonus Stars granted free of charge are not refundable.
6. Universities
University staff get read access to the progress of their own students. Any approval or flag a university sets on the Platform is informational and never blocks a student's application or placement.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or impersonate another person or organisation;
- harass other users or use Platform messaging for spam or advertising;
- scrape, copy or bulk-export data from the Platform, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
- interfere with the Platform's security or operation.
8. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of what you upload (profiles, CVs, listings, messages) and give NKTA a licence to host, display and process it as needed to run the Platform. The Platform itself, including the NKTA name and star mark, belongs to NKTA.
9. Suspension and closing an account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law, and remove listings or content that do. You can close your account at any time by writing to nkta@nktaksa.com.
10. Liability
The Platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, NKTA is not liable for decisions users make about each other, for the content users post, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on the Platform before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah.
